You will observe that the question of the pro- tection of trade marks registered on behalf of enemy firms has

not been dealt with. It is under consideration however, and a

special Trade Marks Ordinance will be introduced should further legislation be found necessary.

I am addressing you in a separate despatch of even date regarding the amending Ordinance which was passed yesterday.
